VHPA established in New York. Currently having network of over 30,000 Hindus.
Bal Vihar, Family camp offered. Has graduated over 10,000 students. Over 20 locations nationwide.
10th Hindu Conference in NY. First of its kind International Hindu Conference. 2,400 delegates.
Support-a- Child is currently supporting over 5,000 underprivileged. children in Bharat. More than 100,000 supported since inception.
Hindu Students Council (HSC). Has Chapters in various Universities of USA.
Global Vision 2000 Conference (12,000 delegates). Youth Conference (2,000 delegates).
American Hindus Against Defamation – AHAD. Published over 2000 articles & letters since inception.
Ekal Vidyalaya of America established as a Project of VHPA.
Hindu Mandir Executives’ Conference – HMEC. Held every year with 200+ attendees.

Hindu American Vanaprasthi Network – HAVAN. 10 Chapters nationally and growing
Hindu Women’s Network. Hindu Mandir Priest Conference (HMPC).
Science and Sanatan Dharma Scholarship. Supporting high school & college students.
Hindu Seva in America (SIA). Donated over $100,000 in various charities in USA.
World Hindu Congress. 3000 global delegates from 67 countries.
2019- THREADS Conference – The Hindu American Saga First of a kind attracting over 400 delegates
The year 2020 will be a landmark in the history of the World Hindu Council of America (VHPA). Started in 1970 with the blessings of Ma. Guru M.S. Golwalkarji, this year the VHPA will be completing 50 years of selfless and dedicated service to the Hindu American community. The Swarna Jayanti (Golden Jubilee) event is being organized in September 2020 to mark this special occasion.
To tell the story of VHPA’s journey and Hindu movement in North America
To express gratitude to all individuals and organizations who have contributed over the years to build this formidable organization
To celebrate its many achievements and rejoice in the company of all the members and well-wishers
To deliberate and realign the vision and the roadmap for the future and to guide the younger generation of Hindus to face the challenges of the future
To transition the leadership to the next generation of Hindus in the presence of elders as they shower their blessings for a bright and blissful future
